3. Booking Process

  • Reservations: Select packages, dates, and customizations; confirm via secure checkout. We send confirmation emails.
  • Pricing: In AUD, inclusive of GST; excludes extras (e.g., taxes, tips) noted at booking.
  • Payments: Processed securely; authorize charges for full or deposit amounts per package terms.
  • Cancellations/Refunds: Vary by package (e.g., 48-hour free cancel for some); displayed upfront. We process per provider policy, minus fees.
  • Modifications: Possible subject to availability; contact us for changes.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide truthful booking details.
  • Comply with provider rules (e.g., check-in, conduct).
  • Use services lawfully; no misuse (e.g., fraud, scraping).
  • Bear costs for damages or violations.

We commit to:

  • Accurate package descriptions (based on provider info).
  • 24/7 support for issues.
  • Secure platform operations.

We are not liable for:

  • Provider errors (e.g., overbookings, amenity changes).
  • External factors (e.g., weather, delays).
  • Force majeure (e.g., pandemics, strikes).

6. Intellectual Property

Site content (text, images, itineraries) is our property or licensed; protected by Australian copyright. Personal use only—no reproduction without permission.

7. User-Generated Content

Reviews or feedback grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to use. Ensure content is lawful and non-infringing; we may edit/remove at discretion.
